Fullmetal Solgaleo

Finally made this! I’ve been wanting to make this for my Solgaleo plushie for a looooong time!

Ok, for those who are wondering about this, as many of you may know already, Solgaleo’s ability is Full Metal Body, and is supposed to be based on the alchemical lion (described as devouring the sun). So, as the proud Fullmetal Alchemist fan I am, I decided to call my Solgaleo “Elric” (after the Elric brothers, duh). And there is the reason why you’re seeing a Solgaleo wearing Edwards’s red coat.

Yeah, yeah, I know, the Flamel’s symbol is missing. I didn’t want to ruin the coat as I really liked the outcome so I decided to just try to find one at a con or something and buy it to then put the embroidery on it. I think that’s much safer than trying to do it myself, which could end up in a total mess.

It’s my first time making a piece of clothes for my plushies, btw... Well, it’s actually my first time sewing at all. xD So be nice, I did my best, and I had nobody telling me what to do or anything, I was just doing and learning everything on the go.
